  HOW WE WORK
  
   

Extensive screening

• Every overseas candidate from Philippines or Philipinas working presently in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan or other international counties are interviewed by experienced staff.

• Each candidate complete an application form, providing us with their personal details, experience, qualifications and their employment history.
   

We check

• The identity of each candidate against her passport, or birth certificate.

• We explore the reasons for any gaps in their employment history.

• Original certificates of qualifications. In the absence of an original certificate, we check with the relevant      awarding body of college.

• At least two references from the school to confirm a candidate’s competence and suitability.

• Clients close interaction before arrival

• We put forward candidates only for positions for which they are suited by their qualifications, experience and personality. We provide full and relevant information to both the selected employee and prospective employer about one another before entering Canada.

• Liaison between nannies and clients we arrange a telephone interview

• Once the placement is secured, assistance with organising the necessary papers and travel arrangements will be  done
